Our Services
-
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy goes beyond treating symptoms- we address the root cause to help you move, feel, and perform at your best. Starting with a comprehensive evaluation, we take the time to understand your unique goals and create targeted programs designed just for you.
-
Remote Programming
Between sessions, we provide remote programming tailored to your goals. These customized exercise plans are delivered through a user friendly app and ensure you continue progressing and building strength, offering support and accountability no matter where you are.
-
Dry Needling
Dry needling is one service your physical therapist might recommend. This technique uses thin needles to release tension in tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve movement. Dry needling is especially effective for addressing trigger points and enhancing recovery.

FAQs
-
Unless required by your insurance plan, no referral is needed to see a physical therapist in the state of Wyoming. If you are unsure if your insurance plan requires a referral, feel free to call us to discuss.
-
We are a smaller independent practice. This allows us to spend one on one time with you during your session. Insurance companies can place restrictions on the number of visits allowed, the reimbursement for these visits, and what services they will cover. In typical clinical environments this can lead to therapists seeing multiple patients at once or patients being handed off to multiple therapists throughout their episode of care.
We prefer to focus on you and only you. This leads to more effective care and reduced overall costs. We can easily provide you with a super-bill that can then be submitted to your insurance plan for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Of course! We offer self-pay pricing, plus you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement by your insurance.
Coverage depends on your specific insurance plan. Some plans reimburse for out-of-network physical therapy or performance services, while others may not. We recommend contacting your insurer to clarify your benefits.
-
Start by calling the 800 number on the back of your insurance card and ask to speak with a representative. Some questions you can ask to verify your benefits are:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for physical therapy?
What percentage of costs are covered for out-of-network physical therapy services?
Is there a deductible, and if so, how much has been met?
How many visits per calendar year could I receive?
Do I have a cost-share for these services?
Do I need pre-authorization or a referral?
Can you reimburse me if I pay upfront?
After you get the answers to those questions, feel free to call our office and we will let you know what that means in terms of potential costs for our services.
If your plan offers to reimburse you for up front payments, we can provide you with a superbill- a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Keep in mind that reimbursement rates vary depending on your plan and the answers to the above questions.
-
Contact your insurance company to confirm your plan covers out-of-network physical therapy or related services.
After your session, request a superbill from us.
Submit the superbill along with any required forms directly to your insurance company.
Follow up with your insurer to check the status of your reimbursement.
-
Yes! Our physical therapy services are HSA- and FSA- qualified. Simply provide a receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement if required.
