Position Overview

We’re looking to hire a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about movement-driven care. The ideal candidate thrives in an active setting, enjoys working with individuals of all levels, and values patient-centered, one-on-one care. We’re seeking someone who is thorough, curious, and dedicated- a clinician who values continuing education, takes the time to truly understand each patient’s goals, and consistently goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.

Pay range based on experience. $80,000-$100,000 salary/year.

The position is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition

• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation and performance programs

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care

• Document care and outcomes in accordance with state, payer, and Atlas requirements

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

• Contribute to the growth of Atlas through community engagement, education, and content creation

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or graduated by hire date)

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure before start date)

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education

• Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and quality of care

• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-based environment

• BLS and ALS Certifications (may work to attain certification after employment)

• Strong background or interest in strength and conditioning preferred but not required. CSCS or similar certification is preferred but also not required (may work to attain certification after employment)

• Is licensed/certified to practice massage therapy in Wyoming

• Has interest or experience in sports massage, recovery, mobility, or athletic populations
